The service is made up of the following teams:

Infrastructure – focused on networks, communications, server and cloud infrastructure
Software Development – building cutting edge applications mainly in C#, MVC, Web Apps and mobile apps
Technical Coordination – support desks and project management
ICT Support – managing support for 7000 devices and 20,000 users across Wales
Business Support – working with users to develop and product manage applications
