About the role

You will be expected to assist in managing the kitchen service in Tregerddan Residential Home on a day-do-day basis according to standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council. 

The post holder will need to hold (or be willing to achieve) Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, to ensure the observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards and the general Health and Safety of the kitchen including hazardous equipment.

The hours of work are on a rota basis and you will be expected to work evenings and weekends.
