About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the successful Workways+ project which is part of Ceredigion’s Employability Support Team where we aim to tackle the barriers that prevent individuals from accessing the labour market.

Workways+ is part funded by the European Social Fund through the Welsh Government. To support the implementation of the Workways+ project.

The successful applicant for this key post will be an enthusiastic, motivated team worker who will work closely with participants, employers and partner organisations to help deliver a successful WorkWays+ project in Ceredigion.

Your duties will include engaging, encouraging, mentoring and challenging participants to improve their employability to find work either directly or following subsequent provision, and promoting Workways+ beneficiaries to employers in order to secure sustainable employment.
