About the role

The Governing body wish to appoint an Assistant Head Teacher to the school. The successful person will have a history of excellence in education, will be able to inspire pupils and colleagues and be able to continue to develop strategies employed at the school and lead on new direction.

The successful candidate will lead areas that include data, tracking and professional learning so extensive experience and knowledge of these areas will be beneficial. This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed and enthusiastic senior leadership team. There will be on opportunity to develop exciting new initiatives being developed at the school currently.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Each member of staff and volunteer is expected to share this commitment, and the school will require an Enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), formerly CRB.

The successful applicant will need to register with the Education Workforce Council in order to be appointed to this post.
