We are looking to recruit a Corporate Performance and Improvement Officer to join our Performance and Research Team on a permanent, full time basis.
We are looking for an individual to support the performance and risk functions of the Council by analysing performance data, developing options for improvement and producing regular reports for a variety of audiences. With a high degree of computer literacy and analytical skills, the successful applicant will be experienced in performance and risk management techniques, implementing performance monitoring systems, data visualisation and meeting statutory performance returns.
The person we are looking for will possess the ability to author, and present reports and strategies for both internal and external audiences. This role will play an integral in developing our performance and risk processes and in embedding a performance management culture across the organisation.
