*This is an advert to join our Care Assistant recruitment pool. The recruitment pool has been put in place to assist our Residential Care Home Managers to fill their vacancies as quickly as possible whilst also saving you the time of submitting multiple applications. Should your application be successful you will be invited to interview and if successful at interview you will join the pool. In order that our Managers can determine whether you would be suited to a vacancy that becomes available you will be asked to provide details of your preference in terms of where you would like to work and what hours you would be available. We cannot guarantee to offer an appointment to match your exact preferences. Please be advised that in line with Public Health Wales Coronavirus guidance we are ensuring that our care home staff work only in one employment setting.*
