We are looking to recruit three experienced and highly motivated individuals to join the Council’s Development Management Service on a permanent, full-time basis, based at our Aberaeron office.
Ideally, we’re looking for qualified, experienced Development Management Officers, however consideration will be given to applicants working within the built environment, with experience / qualifications in architecture, conservation or the built heritage.
The post offers a range of diverse professional challenges but also the ability to influence the future shape of communities across the County. Being an integral part of the Council’s ambition of developing and improving the quality of life and opportunities for residents, the Corporate importance of the service is recognised. We will expect you to be creative, innovative and able to find solutions.
