Mae Llywodraethwyr Ysgol Bro Teifi yn awyddus i benodi Cynorthwy-ydd Addysgu Lefel 3 i ymuno ag Adran Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol yr ysgol. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn gweithio gyda disgyblion oed-uwchradd yn bennaf gan sicrhau cynnydd academaidd ac emosiynol.

Agorwyd Ysgol Bro Teifi ym Medi 2016, yn dilyn buddsoddiad o £30m gan Gyngor Sir Ceredigion a Llywodraeth Cymru. Bro Teifi ydy’r ysgol pob-oed, cyfrwng Cymraeg cyntaf yng Nghymru ac mae’n cynnig cyfleusterau dysgu o’r radd flaenaf ar gyfer yr holl ddisgyblion, o’r lleiaf i’r hynaf. Mewn arolwg Estyn (Chwefror 2019) nodwyd fod ‘Ysgol Bro Teifi yn gymuned gynhwysol iawn, hynod ofalgar a Chymreig. Yn greiddiol i’w gwaith mae ei darpariaeth arbennig ar gyfer gofal, cymorth ac arweiniad sy’n cydweddu ag arwyddair yr ysgol, oni heuir ni fedir.’ Ers iddi agor mae nifer y disgyblion wedi cynyddu’n sylweddol ac ar hyn o bryd, mae 926 o ddisgyblion yn yr ysgol gyda 369 o oedran cynradd a 557 o oedran uwchradd, gyda 93 o’r rhain yn y chweched dosbarth.

Mae’r gallu i weithio trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd.
