We are looking to recruit a Housing Benefit Assessor to join our committed and friendly Housing Benefit and Financial Assessments Team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will deal with all aspects of the administration of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Free School Meals claims. This includes maintaining accurate records, dealing with enquiries and providing advice and explanations to customers over the telephone as well as collaboration with other departments within the Authority and external key stakeholders.
