If you have a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, equivalent or relevant experience then we would like to hear from you.

As a Night Care Officer you will:

  • supervise and participate in the delivery of care to the residents
  • lead on the responsibility of residents individual care documentation ensuring a person centered approach
  • provide effective leadership for care staff through supervision, support and mentoring in all aspects of care
  • work effectively with others within the home to ensure that resident’s needs are met
