About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a specialist Social Work post within Ceredigion’s Mental Wellbeing Service. The successful applicant will be willing to undertake the AMHP qualification or be a qualified AMHP and be willing to assist in covering AMHP duties.

Main duties will include working with individuals with Mental Health problems, and supporting their families and carers. To provide the best possible service outcomes for the client group and support them to reach their full potential and promoting their independence within the local community.

To fulfil statutory functions as laid out in the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014 and other relevant legislation pertaining to Mental Health.

It is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute with the implementation of the Ceredigion Through Age Wellbeing Model.
