The role specifically deals with aspects of the local authority’s duties related to private sector housing grants and loans including the processing of housing adaptation and improvement grants and loans on residential accommodation.
The role will also include specific duties relating to the processing of HMO licence applications.
Provide information, advice and assistance and oversee the smooth and efficient processing of housing grants and loans issued by the council from preliminary enquiry to final completion and payment for works.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of HMO licence applications from preliminary enquiry to issue of the licence.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with a housing background to join the team.
Ceredigion CC will be moving to a hybrid system of flexible working. This will involve agile and home working rather than a permanent office base. Flexible working hours will be 0600 – 2100 hours subject to agreement with your line manager and the needs of the role, with at least 4 core hours worked between 0900 – 1700 hours.
