About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Ceredigion to undertake key operational and strategic responsibilities in our care and support specialist services as Corporate Manager Planned Care Children and Adults.

Ceredigion County Council is transforming the way individuals and families will receive early help, targeted support and longer term care and support when they need it. We are developing high quality through age and well-being services, new ways of working and a range of exciting initiatives in co-operation with partner agencies that will help develop individual and community resilience and improve safety and independence.
