We seek to appoint a lettings caretaker who will work semi-independently to ensure the safety, security and maintenance of the School buildings and outdoor areas, including playing fields.
There will also be occasions where the Site Manager may request the Caretaker to assist in low level maintenance tasks.
The right candidate will live locally and ideally possess non-specialised maintenance skills.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Each member of staff and volunteer is expected to share this commitment, and the school will require an Enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), formerly CRB.
