We are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator Individual and Family Support, to join our Parenting and Family Support Team, on a permanent, part-time basis.
The postholder will coordinate a ‘Whole Family’ approach and proactively develop multi-agency coordination of service provision to individuals and families within an Early Intervention context. The postholder will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising a multi-agency team of staff who will take lead professional responsibility for children, young people and their families.
