We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for Tregerddan Residential Care Home on a permanent, full-time basis, working on an alternating shift basis over a seven-day period.
Tregerddan Residential Care Home offers 28 residential placements, including short term, temporary, permanent and respite. The home also provides a step down facility to assist with hospital discharge planning.
As Registered Manager, you will have main management responsibility for the home’s services, ensuring full commitment to the provision of a high quality, client-centered service in line with the requirements of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, and the Regulation & Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act.
