About the role

Ysgol Bro Pedr, 3-19, is looking for a Business and Admin Manager.

We are looking for a skilled individual who has the following qualities:

  • Relevant degree, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification and / or experience in a relevant discipline
  • Problem solver and be able to understand and explain complex issues, old and new, to a range of staff at the school
  • The ability to work constructively and effectively within a team but also independently
  • Excellent numeracy, presentational and communication skills
  • Highly skilled in the use of technology including computer programmes
  • The ability to communicate and work effectively in both Welsh and English
  • The ability to evaluate learning needs, and a commitment to on-going professional development
  • The ability to create and then deliver training to staff from the School
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and be able to be flexible and prioritise your own work and that of your team to ensure that deadlines are met

The post-holder’s main responsibilities will include: Finance matters, Human Resources matters and Health and Safety matters.
