Join our hard-working, friendly and supportive Substance Misuse Team and experience the genuine difference you can make. We are currently recruiting a Team Support Worker – Level 3 to join our team based at Canalfon Rheidol. This vacancy is fixed term until 31/03/2025.

About the role

You will be part of the Ceredigion County Council Through Age Service Substance Misuse Team working directly with Substance Misuse Social Workers.

You will aim to promote independence and social inclusion to ensure service users are engaged with generic services.

You will help people engage with services to prevent homelessness, manage tenancies and live independently.

You will assist individuals to engage in activities arranged by the Substance Misuse Social Worker and assist in on-going assessment and care planning.

You will provide support to service users currently allocated to the Substance Misuse Social Worker.
