Are you interested in working with Families & Children? Do you want the opportunity to help children living away from their parents keep in touch with their families? Would you like to help families, children and young people leaving Care to manage their daily lives better? Are you energetic & eager to have a career in supporting Families & children? We are looking for Individuals who would support and supervise children to have contact with estranged parents, to help families manage and to help young people successfully achieve independence.

You would be part of a team making these things happen and would be closely supported & supervised in your work.

The work takes place across Ceredigion and is an opportunity to undertake a highly practical role within our friendly and supportive team.
