About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled leader to take up a key position in the Council’s Economy and Regeneration Service.

The Corporate Manager – Property Services role provides an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Council to:

  • lead on major construction projects that will help transform the provision of school, care and leisure facilities within the County
  • lead on the rationalisation and use of our operational buildings as we continue to adapt to new hybrid and more efficient ways of delivering services
  • lead on carbon management and energy efficiency programmes as we progress on a journey to Net Zero
  • maintain council buildings to ensure they are fit for purpose, efficient and complaint with regulatory standards

The role will work with senior colleagues across the organisation to help deliver corporate objectives, reinforcing Ceredigion as a great place to live, work, invest in and visit. We want your expertise and innovation to be at the forefront of taking our services forward.

We’re looking for someone with an excellent history of service delivery and improvement, who is a great communicator and who can represent the council and work with partners, stakeholders, government and its agencies to support appropriate development and regeneration within the County.

Economy and Regeneration
