This position qualifies for a market supplement payment of £200 per month. Please note this additional payment will be reviewed on 31 March 2025.

We currently have opportunities for permanent Social Work roles within our Integrated Triage and Assessment Team, Porth Gofal. The positions are open to recently qualified social workers as well as experienced social workers. The role includes working with adults and carers across Ceredigion who require an assessment within the remit of Social Services and Wellbeing Act (2014) Wales.
Our aim as a service is to support individuals and their families at the earliest opportunity with a focus on recovery and enabling individuals to live as independently as possible. As a social worker in this role, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly and creatively with families adopting a strengths based approach.
Porth Gofal is an integrated service with close working relationships with our local health board and partner agencies, this enables us to work collaboratively and ensure that individuals are supported at the right time by the right service.
