We are looking to recruit a Casual Lifeguard to join our expanding Wellbeing Centre Service. As the council’s lead service for delivering and developing physical activity opportunities; you will work closely with the management team to ensure that the service maximises its contribution to improving the health and wellbeing of the county’s residents.
You will support the delivery of our current provision such as Learn To Swim programme, Free Swimming and our School Swimming programme and introduce new opportunities to increase the usage of all our facilities. Your role will also involve supporting our staff to provide an excellent customer experience.
We want to provide opportunities that encourage the residents of Ceredigion to become healthy and active and to embed those principles into their everyday lives. You will work closely with the Co-ordinator – WBH Operations & Development, Swimming Instructor and Duty Officers to achieve this.
We are looking for an energetic individual who has the ability, knowledge, and personal qualities to be a key member of our Wellbeing Centre Service. If you are looking for the opportunity to be a part of developing Wellbeing Hubs then this could be the role for you!
