About the role

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to a pending pay award. The final salary will be adjusted in line with the nationally agreed pay award.

We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced and professional Systems Trainer to join our busy and innovative Learning & Development Team. This is a new and exciting post that will develop along with you over time.

With a background in learning and development and excellent ICT skills, you will use your knowledge of Digital Systems and Microsoft packages to advise on, design and deliver digital systems training for the Council workforce.

Your positive contribution to Team Ceredigion will enable our workforce to plan, implement and use a variety of new digital systems across different service areas that enhance our ways of working.
