We are looking to recruit an Assistant Food Technologist to provide technical advice to clients and assist current Technical team with funded project delivery. Projects will be centred around New product development, External accreditations and sustainability with clients throughout south west and mid Wales.

Educated to degree standard in Food Technology or related subject you will have a genuine interest in how science is applied to food and drink processing. You must possess good interpersonal skills and be team orientated with the ability to deal with changing priorities.
