Under the guidance of professional subject experts, you’ll play a key role in helping deliver high-quality services to the residents of Ceredigion. You’ll be placed in one of six Council service areas, where you’ll gain hands-on experience across a range of key functions.

What we’re looking for:
  • A 2:1 degree or above, obtained within the last three years;
  • Experience in a work setting (paid or voluntary);
  • A passion for public service and a willingness to learn and grow.
Available placements:
  1. Building Control & Development Management;
  2. Carbon Reduction, Energy & Asset Management;
  3. Engineering;
  4. Legal;
  5. Public Protection (Environmental Health or Trading Standards);
  6. Youth Work.
