We are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator – Insight and Implementation to join the Parenting and Family Support Team on a full-time basis. 

The Parenting and Family Support Team provides support for families that enables them to improve wellbeing, resilience, family relationships and reach their potential. The Team focusses on Early Intervention and includes the following provisions:

  • Team Around the Family 
  • Flying Start 
  • Parenting Support 
  • Children’s and Families Centres. 

        We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual who can: 

        • create appropriate mechanisms to monitor and evaluate programme performance across all provision in order to ensure that the programmes meet the needs of Parents, Carers and Families in Ceredigion.
        • assist the Parenting and Family Support Team Manager in providing Power BI dashboards, report, graphs, tables to benchmark, evidence trends and outcomes. To inform senior managers of service performance including a range of partners and stakeholders
        • play an instrumental role in maintaining and updating IT systems
        • interpret complex data sets and offer insight into their relevance to the development of early intervention services for Parents, Carers and Families in Ceredigion
