We are looking to recruit a relief Crèche Leader to join Parenting & Family Support – Porth Cymorth Cynnar on a permanent, casual basis.
About the role
To oversee staff in providing a crèche service to parents in order that parents can attend Parenting Courses. Ensuring that all crèches will meet CSSIW standards.
The Crèche leader will take overall responsibility for: contacting crèche staff and
organising their working patterns to create a team to support the Parenting and Families Service to successfully run a course this will include maintaining the appropriate paperwork for running the crèche e.g. registration documents, risk assessments, carrying out a risk assessment of the venue before each session.

Whilst previous experience is useful it is not essential. Applications from candidates with little or no experience are welcomed. We will ensure you have all the training and support you need to confidently undertake the role.
We welcome applications from non-Welsh speakers. All successful applicants requiring support to learn/improve their Welsh language skills will be offered funded lessons, during work time, to help reach the desired standard.
