Service is at the heart of everything we do at Ceredigion. Our people who work in a customer services role have the opportunity to really impact on the quality of the service we provide. Every day, the people who use our services rely on their help with all sorts of matters, ranging from waste collection, housing, council tax to school enrolment and much more.
Many of our customer services roles are based within the Corporate Customer Services team. The team provides for a variety of jobs from Receptionists, Contact Centre Advisors to Community Connectors.
