We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Officer to join our friendly and supportive ICT team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality ICT support across the organisation, helping both school staff and corporate users to stay connected and productive. You will be at the heart of our service, providing first-line support and ensuring that ICT issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
The role is primarily based at Canolfan Rheidol, Aberystwyth, with occasional travel to other county sites as required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
Previous experience in ICT support and a general understanding of networks and IT systems would be advantageous. However, we are committed to developing our staff, and full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Welsh Language Requirement
The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh and English is essential for this role.
