Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic ICT Support Officer to join our ICT support team. The role will be based in Penmorfa, Aberaeron, whilst also undertaking duties at schools and other supported locations as needed.

 As ICT Support Officer you will:

• support ICT systems including servers, PCs, Laptops, iPads, Chromebooks and other ICT equipment as needed,
• act as first line support for users at the site and will be expected to support staff and pupils with their ICT issues,
• have previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of networks and IT systems,
• apply logical and creative skills to support and develop systems,
• be polite, approachable and have a can-do attitude.

The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential.
