Are you an experienced Trainer who is keen to make a positive difference?
Join the busy Learning & Development Team and help to ensure the Council workforce has the right skills and knowledge to deliver excellent services for the citizens of Ceredigion.
Using your knowledge of learning theory and skills in planning, development and delivery of training, you will deliver training that meets the statutory requirements and development needs of individuals and groups of staff across the Council.
This is an exciting position that requires enthusiasm, a flexible approach and a commitment to both learning and team working. An excellent communicator, you will work in partnership with a range of learning providers to offer development opportunities, qualifications and training that makes a positive difference to our workforce.
Attending Train the Trainer events and subsequently designing, planning and delivering the roll out of training programmes will be a key element of this role.
