e-sgol is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and committed individual to join our team as we expand our provision to schools across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the national expansion of the e-sgol project across both the primary and secondary sectors
  • Work closely with Local Authorities, Headteachers, Teachers and a range of key stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships
  • Support and deliver new and innovative digital initiatives, playing an active role in the development of digital education in Wales
  • Plan, develop, and deliver interactive educational sessions on digital platforms, ensuring content is suitable for diverse audiences and meets clear learning objectives
  • Respond to new opportunities to develop the e-sgol model further, ensuring alignment with the requirements of the Curriculum for Wales
  • Contribute to the e-sgol vision of increasing access to high-quality teaching, regardless of school location or staffing capacity.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong understanding of education in Wales and the principles of the Curriculum for Wales
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of partners
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to solve problems creatively
  • A genuine interest in educational technology and digital innovation.
