The apprenticeship

Your apprenticeship will last for 21 months and on completion of the programme you will achieve a Level 3 Diploma – Digital Infrastructure Engineer. Training will be delivered through a combination of offsite workshops (this may involve occasional travel), online learning and training in the workplace.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who thrives working as part of a team and is resourceful enough to work independently as you grow in confidence on the job. You will have strong IT and creative problem-solving skills with first class attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate effectively through the medium of Welsh and English is essential.
  • You will need to have 4 GCSE’s (or equivalent qualifications) including Math’s and Welsh or English at Grade C or above.
