About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Regional Marketing Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week).

About the Role

As part of our regional team, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that support the recruitment of foster carers across Mid & West Wales. Working within the national Foster Wales brand, you will:

• Lead on targeted marketing projects
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across traditional and digital media
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop innovative recruitment strategies
• Use your communication and engagement skills to maximise campaign impact

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about making a real difference to the lives of children and committed to championing best practice
• Experienced in marketing and campaign delivery
• A confident communicator with strong engagement and relationship-building skills
• Creative, motivated and highly organised

You will also:

• Have a flexible approach to working, operating across home, local fostering offices and community settings, meeting people face-to-face across the region
• Bring an understanding of the fostering environment or a clear willingness to learn quickly and adapt at pace
