About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Corporate Passenger Transport Unit (CPTU). 

The successful candidate will support the delivery and monitoring of contracted passenger transport services across the county, ensuring services operate efficiently and in accordance with Council policy and contractual requirements. 

Key responsibilities may include: 

  • Maintaining and updating transport management databases accurately
  • Checking, processing and reconciling invoices
  • Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Supporting the effective administration and monitoring of contracted transport services

The role requires a methodical and organised approach, strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and members of the public is essential.
