Are you an experienced social care leader with the vision and drive to deliver outstanding residential care?
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Manager to lead Hafan y Waun – a well‑established residential care home committed to compassionate, dignified, person‑centred care. You will provide strong leadership, support and develop staff, and ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate Wales regulatory requirements.
This is a key leadership role within Direct Services, offering a competitive salary, a Market Forces Supplement, relocation support (where applicable), and excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development.
