An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 2 – Care and Support within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rota cover day and night shifts supporting the needs of the service. These roles will be a fundamental part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Assistant Manager and Level 3 – Care and Support.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child centred approach to practice, have a solid career history in children’s residential care or similar care and support provision.
