We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Housing Officer – Strategy and Monitoring to support the effective delivery, development and monitoring of housing services in Ceredigion. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping housing strategy, supporting service improvement, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred outcomes for residents.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day management and supervision within the service, contribute to the development of housing strategies, policies, procedures, monitor performance and statutory reporting, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to support the Council’s housing objectives and lead on the Implementation of the new Homelessness & Social Housing Act.
You will need a strong understanding of housing legislation, strategic housing functions, performance management and partnership working, together with excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive contribution to housing services across Ceredigion, working creatively and collaboratively to improve outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
