We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join Ceredigion Youth Service at an exciting time of development. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people across Ceredigion to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and access positive opportunities in their communities.

About the role

As a Youth Worker, you will work directly with young people in a range of settings, building positive relationships and creating opportunities for them to thrive. You will be part of a supportive team delivering a modern, community-focused youth service that values inclusion, participation and wellbeing.
